Co-President and Co-Founder walt@breakthroughsinc.com Walt Kowalski is responsible for the design, development, and presentation of BreakThroughs' programs. Focusing on results-oriented techniques, his presentations enable participants to change the way they think, act, and behave in order to improve performance and increase productivity. Walt has the unique ability to connect with his audience, respond to their questions, and lead them to a purposeful point of commitment and change. Prior to co-founding BreakThroughs in 1986, Walt held several roles in training, sales, and management. He holds a B.S. degree in Business Management from Metropolitan State College and donates his time to not-for-profit organizations by facilitating programs to cancer patients, troubled youth, and AIDS patients. Co-President and Co-Founder al@breakthroughsinc.com Al Hedrick has over 25 years of experience in management training, human resources, and business administration. As Co-President of BreakThroughs, Al is responsible for strategic planning, partnerships, and the operations of the company. In addition, Al's ability to understand the different styles of learning and working helps him facilitate programs using real-life experiences that participants can relate to and exercises that help them learn by doing. Al is also the President of a not-for-profit corporation that provides outdoor training programs. He is certified to instruct Outdoor Adventure Business Simulation programs, which incorporate accelerated and experiential learning techniques.
