Building A Foundation For Team Success

There are a number of key components necessary for building and sustaining a High Performance Team. Creating a shared vision and setting standards for measurement are two elements. The most important ingredient though, the foundation upon which all else rests, is the development of a set of values by the team members. This will determine how those team members will interact while together. Without a set of shared values, and a commitment to live by those values, a team will be unified in name only.

Values & Leadership: Building a Foundation For Team Success was developed to allow participants to first identify their own values, how to share that information among their fellow team members, and to determine values for the entire team.
