The salesperson has put together a plan. It has all the right components, but will it work? This session is a one-on-one, or team, review of plans to evaluate their merit and probability of success. Multiple options are considered. Do they have enough of the correct information needed to proceed? How will they execute their plan (especially if the tactics haven't worked in the past)? Our team has extensive experience (both formal and in the field) with various account and territory plan methodologies. You've invested in the process, now let's make sure the manager knows how to assess the plan and make recommendations that insure success. We show them how to assess the plan and monitor them as they review plans with their teams. This session is where you get huge "bang for your buck" and find out quickly if the plans for success are in place or need more work.
