Basic Sales Skills
All participants are assessed prior to the start of class in order to establish a personalized baseline and focus. Gaps are identified to maximize the training for each individual.

Basic Sales Skills is a roadmap that takes each participant step-by-step through the fundamentals of the consultative sales process. It covers every critical phase of selling and provides emphasis on lead generation and qualifying opportunities. Participants learn how to navigate gatekeepers, gain up front commitments, and identify all key players/decision makers.

This highly interactive program includes role-plays, developing calling scripts, and making presentations.

Outcomes
  • All the stages of the sales cycle and how to move the opportunity from one stage to the next.
  • Dealing with rejection. How to detach.
  • Turning "no" in to "yes".
  • Basic questioning techniques; the how's, do's, and don'ts.
